I got the same crazy comments on my blog (since deleted), posted to my post about putting the blog under a Creative Commons license. I consider it spam (and deleted it); also changed my blog's settings to review comments before allowing them to get posted (given how few comments my blog gets, shouldn't be much of an issue).
