Comments: What I cooked this weekend

I've gotten some pretty large shallots at Trader Joe's, actually.

I made that pork last night - jen said it was the best pork she ever had. But I used the shallots. Not 3 cups worth, and they weren't sliced as directed either, just quartered. I'm a rebel. But not so much of a rebel as to use onions.
