Chateau del Vaca Thanksgiving 2014

Apple & spice-brined roast turkey
(with gravy, though it may come out too salty from the brined bird.)
Mashed potatoes
Stuffing
Roasted brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar
Steamed green beans
Cinnamon-apple sweet potatoes
Miscellaneous bread and rolls
Pumpkin pie with brown sugar-walnut topping

Guests are bringing cranberry sauce, a Turkish salad, and a chocolate-cranberry cheesecake. There will also be canned cranberry sauce, left in the shape of the can, like you do.

Also, the Thanksgiving cocktail is the New England Express.
